Ten images of Neils Albert winning the 2012 cross Worlds in style,taking off from the first lap and leading all the way to the chequered flag. Albert's dominance was a repeat of the women's race in the morning when Marianne Vos of Holland rode away from the pack. In fact the real action was the battles for the other steps on the podium. The famous Koksijde sand dune course had been altered for the Worlds with more sand than ever - so a rider that didn't feel confident getting loose was always going to suffer!
